Jack grew up in Idaho and met his wife, Lisa, at Boise State University. He attended The Master’s Seminary and earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Westminster Theological Seminary as well. He has served as pastor of 3 churches, as well as a church planter and elder. Jack has taught preaching at the seminary level and has published Expository Preaching With Word Pictures. He has 3 grown children, Leah, Nate, and Mark, and enjoys hunting as well as equipping preachers and teachers at his personal website, drivennails.com.
Dave was raised in the Pacific Northwest and is the son of a minister. He became a Christian in high school, was baptized in college, and has served multiple churches in various leadership roles. His Crossing membership began in December 2009, and he became an elder here in January 2011. He has been married to his best friend and high school sweetheart Angie for 22 years. A father of five children, Melissa, Benjamin, Johnathan, Rebecca, and Chloe, he loves family life. He has over twenty years of successful business experience in financial management and information technology.
Dan became a follower of Jesus Christ while a rescue swimmer in the Navy. He is married to Jane, and they have two sons, Aidan and Elijah. Dan serves as the Senior Vice President of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also teaches Christian Ministry and Leadership at Southern Seminary, and has contributed to books such as A Guide to Biblical Manhood, A Guide to Expository Ministry, and The Call To Ministry.
D.J. and his wife, Heather, have three children, Jordan, Caedmon, and Lyndie. They have been members at Crossing since 2009, where he has served in a number of roles to include his preaching ministry. D.J. works at United Parcel Service (UPS), where he supervises the writing of the company’s aircraft maintenance manuals.
